We are inviting NGOs to present themselves at Exit 2009!
The Exit festival and The Citizens Pact for South-East Europe are inviting NGOs from South-east Europe (Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Macedonia, Bulgarian, and Romania), to present their work to the visitors of Exit Festival, on Petrovaradin fortress, from 9th to 12th July. Unlike previous years, the organizations are not applying for their part-taking at NVO stage, but, firstly at Agora Stage, and then at other festival areas, depending on propositions. We believe that the 10th Exit is a good opportunity to make a transfer from quantity to quality. Exit 09 will present less NGOs, but with more serious program.
This years Exit is about preserving our environment, and the largest
part of the program at Agora stage will concern this. This is, of
course, not to say that we are not open for other important issues that
need to be addressed. Organizations can apply with propositions
concerning workshops, debates, performances or any other form they find
representative of their work and of our festival.
When choosing the organizations to be presented, the following criteria will be followed:
- The organizations program quality and its applicability to the festivals program
- Activities of the organization within its program
Program proposition, apart from the basic info on the organization,
should also contain a detailed description of its activities, necessary
technical prompts, number of participants, and their names.
The festivals organizers will provide the selected organizations with the necessary work conditions, as well as accreditation.
We will consider exclusively those applications sent by email, to the following addresses:
,
Admission term is 30th April 2009.
The decision about which organizations will be admitted will be made
latest by 12th May 2009. All organizations will be informed about the
decision a week after the end term, by latest.
